Tuscany Wedding

Designed and developed a private, high-end digital hub for a destination wedding in Italy. Serving as the Best Man, I created a seamless bridge between traditional stationery and a modern digital experience—focused on exclusivity, clear guest communication, and a visual identity echoing the rustic elegance of Tuscany.

The brand identity started with extracting the architectural essence of the Italian villa from photography to create a custom vector illustration, used on both the digital platform and high-quality physical print invitations. A bespoke RSVP module handles real-time guest list management, dietary requirement tracking, and attendance confirmation. An animated vertical timeline guides guests through the multi-day itinerary—from the "White Party" welcome to the final brunch. The site runs on a private hosting environment restricted specifically to invitees, maintaining the couple's privacy.

Custom CSS animations, a live countdown timer, and a carefully curated color palette of cream, terracotta, and deep burgundy reflecting the Mediterranean landscape bring the visual experience together. The result was a centralized, mobile-responsive information hub that eliminated repetitive guest inquiries—unifying physical invitations with the digital interface to deliver a premium concierge-style experience from Save the Date to the final goodbye.
