A high-end real estate listing platform built with React and Next.js App Router, featuring a luxury design system and seamless content management through embedded Sanity Studio.

The design system uses a custom color palette (Primary Beige, Dark Grey, Accent Gold) with Montserrat typography for a premium feel, paired with hover effects and Framer Motion animations throughout. Property cards are built as reusable components with hover animations and responsive grid layouts, while dynamic categories use static generation with generateStaticParams for routes. Property detail pages display full specifications, an image gallery with lightbox navigation, and amenities with icons and distances. Advanced filtering works through URL parameters for location, price range, area, and status—producing shareable filtered views. The gallery lightbox supports keyboard navigation (arrows, ESC) and thumbnail previews.

On the integration side, Sanity CMS runs as an embedded studio for property management with GROQ queries and 60-second revalidation. The Mapy.cz API powers proximity-based search for nearby amenities like restaurants, transport, and schools. Image optimization leverages Next.js Image with configured remote patterns for Unsplash and Sanity CDN.
